13.00 - 13.30 Tour round the site and if possible the Lower Walled garden
14.00 - 14.45 Tai Chi Chi Kung Shi Ba Shi (18 stances)
15.00 - 16.00 Introduction to the Tai Chi forms - The Yang Style Short (6) Form and study of Green Dragon Shoots pearl (Brush Knee)
19.00 - 20.00 Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung (3 hours of training)

Friday.
9.00-10.00 Morning Chi Kung: ShiBaShi (the 18 stances)
14.00 - 15.30 The Tai Chi Form, studying Repulse the monkey
19.00 - 20.00 Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung (3.5hours of training)

Saturday.
9.00-10.00 Morning Chi Kung: ShiBaShi (the 18 stances)
14.00 - 15.30 The Tai Chi Form, studying Stroke the Birds tail
18.00 - 19.00 Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung
19.30 - Storytelling and food (3.5hours of training)

Sunday
9.00-10.00 Morning Chi Kung: ShiBaShi (the 18 stances)
11.00 - 12.30 The Tai Chi Form - putting it together
14.00 - 14.45 Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung
14.45 - 15.30 Goodbye and Camp Closes

18.00 - 19.30 Review of Tai Chi Form and Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung (5 hours of Training)

9.00 - 10.00 The Tai Chi Form, studying individual movements and putting it together
10.00 - 11.00 Private practice or rest time

14.30 - 16.00 Review of Tai Chi Form and final Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Chi Kung
