19.00 - 20.00 Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising
Chi Kung (3 hours of training)
Friday.
9.00-10.00 Morning Chi Kung: ShiBaShi (the 18 stances)
14.00 - 15.30 The Tai Chi Form, studying Repulse the monkey
19.00 - 20.00 Evening Chi Kung Session: Calming, refreshing and Revitalising
